Submission Guidelines
Basics: Write an article of 400-1,000 words on a topic directly related to the content of your website or products you are marketing. Provide good quality content in the Article Body and a promotional tag with your URL link ONLY in the About the Author box. Blatant sales pitches disguised as useful information will not be published. The article should be useful to the reader even if they don't end up visiting your website.
Linking: Links to the author's website will only be permitted within the About the Author box. The maximum number of links permitted per article is three. Links to the author's website will not be allowed within the article body. They will be removed by the editor, or the article will simply be declined. Links to well-known or competing websites will be permitted within the article body.
Article Content: Article content must be unique. Passing off rebranded articles as your own in not permitted. They must be changed sufficiently before submission. Articopia will not tolerate article spam, and will deactivate the accounts of known offenders. Of course, we do not accept articles dealing with or directly linking to: porn or adult oriented material, hate, racial intolerance or violence. Articles may not endorse drugs, terrorism, weapons or anything illegal. All articles must be written in English. Please check your spelling and grammar before submitting your article. All articles will be read by an editor before they are published. We do not auto-publish articles received from submission companies.
HTML & Special Characters: We accept only the basic HTML tags for character formatting. Avoid using: head, title, meta, body, p, font, div, span, class, and other image and scripting tags.
If you are pasting your article from Microsoft Word, remove or change special characters such as curly apostrophes and quotes because they will not translate into plain text. Also remove any other circular bullets, accented letters, or characters that you can't normally create in Notepad. Also, don't use too many hard line breaks. You may get undesirable results.
Submission to the Directory: Submitted articles are checked on a daily basis. If approved, articles will usually be published within 48 hours. We appreciate your article submissions, and feel free to contact Articopia if you have any questions or comments.
